Subprocessors

Effective: October 30, 2025

BKV Productions LLC uses the following subprocessors to provide the Hoff & Leigh Valuations Service. This list may change as our infrastructure evolves. Primary processing is intended to occur in the United States, though global CDN/caching may be used.

Current subprocessors

• Vercel, Inc. — application hosting, deployment, and analytics (primarily U.S.).
• Supabase — Postgres database and authentication (primarily U.S.).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (including R2) — object storage and CDN (global network; primarily U.S.).
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — compute (Lambda) and document parsing (Textract) (U.S.).
• OpenAI — model inference services (region as provided by OpenAI).
• Anthropic — model inference services (region as provided by Anthropic).
• Google (including Google Cloud and Gemini) — model inference and infrastructure services.
• Microsoft Azure — model inference and infrastructure services.
• Llama Parse (LlamaCloud) — document parsing services (location as provided by LlamaCloud).
• DigitalOcean — infrastructure services.

Updates

We may add or change subprocessors over time. Material changes impacting personal information processing will be reflected on this page.
