How AI is used

The Service uses automated systems to parse documents, extract information, and assist workflows. Providers may include AWS Textract, Llama Parse (LlamaCloud), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (including Gemini), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others we may add.

Human review

Human reviewers may access user-submitted content and AI outputs to provide evaluations, support quality assurance, and assist users. By using the Service, you consent to this review for the stated purposes.

Model training and retention

We request that third-party AI providers not use customer content to train their models when such controls are available. However, we cannot guarantee third parties’ independent practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKV disclaims liability for third-party use, retention, or training.

Reliance on outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. They should be treated as assistive and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
