Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: October 30, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the Hoff & Leigh Valuations platform provided by BKV Productions LLC ("BKV"). Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, spyware, or content that seeks to bypass security or access controls.
• Content that is harassing, deceptive, or that facilitates unlawful activity.
• Sensitive personal information: Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank statements, health/medical data, or similar sensitive data. If you nevertheless upload such data, you represent you have the legal right to do so and you instruct us to process it solely to provide the Service.

Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or interfering with the Service’s operation.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without permission.
• Misrepresenting identity or impersonating others.
• Using outputs from the Service (including AI-generated content) in ways that violate law, infringe rights, or cause harm.

AI and model usage

The Service may use third-party AI and parsing providers. You may not attempt to extract underlying models, collect training data from outputs, or use the Service to train models that compete with BKV or its providers. AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

Enforcement

BKV may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP. We may remove content that violates this AUP or applicable law.
