Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Effective: October 30, 2025

Retention principles

• User-submitted content and related derived data are retained for up to five (5) years unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required by law.
• Account records, billing records, audit logs, and security logs may be retained for operational and legal purposes consistent with these principles.

Deletion

• On confirmed request, we will delete personal information within thirty (30) days, subject to permitted retention for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backups.
• Backups are purged on a rolling schedule; deleted data may persist in backups until the backup lifecycle completes.

Legal holds

If we are required to preserve information for litigation, investigations, or regulatory requirements, deletion may be delayed until the hold is lifted.
